Typically, most items will ship within 7-10 days. Long guns and lowers may take between 10-15 days. During the holiday and peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Tax Season, etc.) shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We always work very hard to get your order to you, and apologize if there is a delay. We suggest making your purchase during peak shopping seasons at least 3-6 weeks in advance.

If you have a local FFL Dealer they will need to Email a copy of their FFL to usaarmory@gmail.com with your name and phone number included. Please communicate with your chosen FFL prior to completing your purchase with us to verify the transfer as well as their transfer fee. A common transfer fee is roughly $20 - $40, but many box store chains will charge $75 or more. If you do not have a local FFL Dealer we can find one for you. Just mark on the shipping page that you need help finding a Local FFL and we will use your address provided to find one near you for a fair price.

An FFL is a Federal Firearm License. In order to sell guns, you must have an FFL. FFL holders are commonly gun stores, pawn shops, and retail sporting goods stores. All firearms sold to individuals online must be shipped to a local FFL holder who will then transfer the firearm to the individual. ATF Form 4473 is required to conduct a background check and usually supplied by the FFL. A Transfer Fee is also common.

It is very common for NEW guns to have been test fired by the Manufacture before leaving their facility to ensure safety and functionality of your new firearm. Any used, factory recertified, certified pre-owned, show guns, or guns in any other condition than new in box will be clearly marked as such on the website and in store.

Our site offers a wide collection of firearms. However, some states have regulations on what type of firearms are approved in their state. Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return. 1. Firearms - It is solely the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm(s) at the FFL prior to accepting the transfer. If there is a noticeable defect of any kind to the firearm, or associated case/contents, please simply refuse the transfer and we will arrange to have the firearm returned to us, at our expense, and issue the customer a full refund if a replacement firearm if unavailable. If the customer accepts the transfer from the FFL, we can then only refer the customer to the manufacturer for warranty consideration. If you are unable to pass your background check your FFL will need to contact us and a refund will be issued to you minus return shipping and a $30 restocking fee. Firearms that are non-compliant that have been shipped will only be eligable for 50% refund or a credit minus return shipping (no restocking fee charged). It is the customers responsiblity to verify a firearm for compliance in their state. 2. Accessories - ALL accessories found to be defective immediately upon receipt, must be returned to United States Armory for replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us and we will immediately arrange for a prepaid label to be emailed to you for the return of the defective item at our expense. Do not return items to the origional manufacture as we will not be able to issue a credit/refund/replacement. If an item is not able to be replaced, you may choose a different product or receive a refund.
